Annual General Meeting March 2015

The annual general meeting of our Club took place at The Maldron Hotel, Portlaoise on Sunday 29th March 2015.
Michael Loughran was appointed as President for the forthcoming year. Outgoing President Michael Rigney presented him with his Chain of Office.
There was a large turnout of Members, given that we are a small club. 29 members were present and a further 14 members send in an apology in advance.
Young people were present too. Eimear Dunne was brought along by her proud grandparents Eamon and Sile Dunne. Young Colt Kelly Dunne, now aged 8 months was present with his proud parents Vincent and Lorraine.
Vincent Kelly was appointed Chairman. Timothy Keane was appointed Honorary Treasurer and William Cuddy as Honorary Secretary.
Prior to the AGM members relaxed in the food court for pre meeting refreshments and afterwards for Sunday Lunch.
The first event of the year is our Spring Run at Adare organised by David & Marian Cuddy on Sunday 19th April next. An e-poster and details to be sent to all members in early April.
